Products sold in loose, cut, measured, mixed, tinted or customised quantities are not returnable or exchangeable once delivered. This includes items that cannot be resold in their original condition, such as loose electrical wire, cut pipe, mixed paint, tinted paint, opened chemicals, adhesives, grout, cementitious products and other made-to-order materials.
However, this restriction does not apply when the product delivered is defective, damaged, incorrect, counterfeit or materially different from the order. In such cases, Buildinn will review the complaint and provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution in accordance with applicable consumer law. Indian e-commerce rules require return and refund information to be clearly displayed and do not permit sellers to refuse remedies for defective, deficient, spurious or incorrectly delivered goods.
