Pu luxury exterior matt is a exterior oil based matt clear. Which has a extra matt finish than normal pu matt. Pu matt gives the feel and touch of old antique italian wood and enhance the value of surface. Pu matt glorify the natural grains of the teak which also gives immense beauty to the surface. Pu exterior matt is exterior clear which protects the surface from heavy rain and Sun's harmful UV rays. The external weather dramatically effects the wooden surface, like rain water causes. Termites, bed worms etc. To protect these negative effects just apply pu luxury exterior matt. It comes with a pack of two. One is base clear and the second is hardner. Clear and hardner has to be mixed correctly with ratio of 4:1. Then the both have to be diluted with Asian paints PU thinner as only 200ml in 1ltr of pu. It has to be spray with compressor machine by the professional and experienced labour.
The procedure of applying Pu luxury exterior matt is to apply Pu luxury exterior sealer 1 coat then leave 4 to 5 hrs to dry. Then sand it with 320 or 400 emery paper. Then apply the 2 and final coat of sealer. Then sand it again with the same 320 and 400 emery paper. Then apply PU LUXURY EXTERIOR MATT 2 coats by providing drying time of 4 to 5 hrs for respective coats.
